Dr. Stephanie knew since she was little that she wanted to help people around her. While growing up in Bellevue where she attended Bellevue High School, she knew she was going to enter the medical field. Not knowing what field she wanted to be in yet, she decided to attend the University of Northern Iowa where she was offered a swimming scholarship. During that time she was injured and decided to turn to chiropractic care. Through chiropractic care she was able to heal and completely recover from her injury. She knew then that chiropractic was the field for her because not only did it change her life, she knew that she could bring hope and natural healing to people around her.

After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in biology and chemistry, Stephanie attended Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida. During her time at school she became more and more compelled by her love of science and the human body. She worked outside of school to train more heavily in the field of pediatrics and pregnancy under the guidance of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. She is certified in the Webster technique and has ample experience working with women, babies, and children. Stephanie is also trained in one of the most researched techniques in chiropractic today, Torque Release Technique.

Stephanie was named valedictorian of her class with a perfect record of a 4.0 GPA and also received the academic excellece award. While attending Palmer she also met her husband, Ross Benz. She is so happy to be back in the Northwest where she and her husband can serve the greater Kirkland area to bring principled chiropractic care to you and your family!
